Every day you have the opportunity to wake up and start differently – see things from another perspective, try to form a healthier habit, wear a bright color, speak to yourself as if you are your best friend, try a new route to work.

The nuanced way you approach your first steps out of bed matter. YOU have the ability to change and create a new way of being in these moments.

Each small change will affect you for the better.

God created the morning for new beginnings, for a rhythm to be established that can literally (yes, literally) change the trajectory of your day… maybe even your life.
