I love Christmas.

I love Christmas movies.

As many people do, I have my traditional collection of favorite movies I watch every year. Yet this year, I wanted to add other movies that I do not usually watch.

Thus the Christmas Movie Jar was created!

To make the jar, I simply listed about 25 movies. I wrote each one on a piece of paper, folded the papers up, and placed them in a mason jar. Shake, shake, shake. The jar was ready!

I chose my first movie tonight.

I have to be honest, I have never really been a fan of this movie. But, as I watch It’s a Wonderful Life this evening, I do see the beauty of the meaning behind it.

To truly be rich in this life is to be kind, generous, and selfless.
