In 25 days, I celebrate the beginning of my fourth decade on this planet & all that God has in store for me.

For each day heading towards my birthday, I thought I would write a wish or desire for my forties. I have thoroughly enjoyed my thirties and I know God has even more adventures around the corner.

I love my church.

I desire to be more involved volunteering in ways that use my personality and talents to give back to the congregation and community.

I love feeling a part of a body of believers and knowing that I am where I meant to be.

Just as our bodies have many parts and each part has a special function, so it is with Christ’s body. We are many parts of one body, and we all belong to each other. In his grace, God has given us different gifts for doing certain things well.
