There are days when renewal is a must!

You realize you have been sitting in a funk or you have been so stressed that you’re so tense no massage therapist could give you release.

Maybe what you need is to just give up!

I don’t mean give up like the world would define, but let go. Give yourself a break.

Just stop!

Truly get to the end of yourself and retreat with God. Find some freedom in the release, the release of control.

Lament your cares to God. Use the song in my last post if you cannot find the words.

Invite Him into your struggles and your desires. You will not be disappointed.

Wait upon the Lord to renew you spirit, your soul.
