So, worship at church today was so powerful and inspiring that I needed to have another win.

I could have gone home, ate chips and binged some Daredevil, but I literally told myself when I got to my car in the church parking lot that, I was so pumped, I needed another win.

So I put on my workout clothes, turned on Justin Timberlake 20/20 Experience concert and got to it.

I had another win! It felt so good!

Now I must be in sunlight.
